UB AAPS Student Chapter

The UB-AAPS Student Chapter is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

The mission of the UB-AAPS Student Chapter is to introduce students to the benefits of AAPS membership, examine contemporary issues related to pharmaceutical research through seminars and symposia, and to increase awareness and prepare students for the various employment opportunities that exist in the pharmaceutical sciences.

What is AAPS?

The American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) is a professional, scientific organization of approximately 10,000 members employed in academia, industry, government, and other research institutes worldwide. Founded in 1986, AAPS advances the capacity of pharmaceutical scientists to develop products and therapies that improve global health.
