The Pharmacy Building is located at the corner of Winspear Avenue and Winridge Road in Buffalo, NY, on the University at Buffalo South Campus.

From North/East

  • Travel west on I-90 (portions toll) to I-290 west (exit 50)
  • Proceed west on I-290 to Exit 7A, Main Street west (Route 5)
  • Travel about 3 miles to Bailey Ave (Route 62) 
  • Turn left onto Bailey Ave and at the third light right onto Winspear Avenue
  • At first light turn right into UB and onto Winridge Road. Park in parking lot immediately to your left (Parker Lot). The Pharmacy Building is directly ahead (blue glass exterior wall building).

From South/West

  • Travel east on I-90 (portions toll) to I-290 west (exit 50)
  • Proceed west on I-290 to Exit 7A, Main Street west (Route 5)

Parking

You may park in Parker Lot located in front of the Pharmacy Building. Parking permits are required Monday - Friday until 3:00 p.m. Guest passes can be obtained directly from the person or department you are visiting.

Driving Between Campuses

North Campus to South Campus
From North Campus to South Campus, take Millersport Highway South (Route 263) to Bailey Avenue (Route 62). Turn left onto Bailey Ave and at the fourth light right onto Winspear Avenue. At first light turn right into UB and onto Winridge Road. Park in parking lot immediately to your left (Parker Lot). The Pharmacy Building is directly ahead (blue glass exterior wall building).

North Campus to Downtown Campus
From North Campus to Downtown Campus, take Millersport Highway South (Route 263) to I-290. Merge onto I-90 West via exit 51-61 toward Erie. At exit 51, take Route 33 West (Kensington Expressway) for approximately 7 miles. Note the sign for the "Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus" and take the Locust Street exit, proceeding straight. Turn right onto Ellicott Street. The Downtown Campus is at the corner of Ellicott and Virginia Streets. The total distance is approximately 12 miles.

South Campus to North Campus

From South Campus to North Campus, take Bailey Avenue and then follow signs to Grover Cleveland/Millersport Highway (Route 263). From Millersport, take the Flint Loop exit. At the intersection of John James Audubon Parkway and Flint Road, take a left onto Flint Road.

South Campus to Downtown Campus
Take Main Street south toward downtown Buffalo (approx. 5 miles). Turn left at Virginia Street and left again at Ellicott Street.

Downtown Campus to North Campus

Start out going north on Ellicott Street toward Virginia Street. Turn right onto Virginia Street. Turn right onto Harriet Tubman Way/Michigan Avenue. Take a sharp left onto Cherry Street. Merge onto Route 33 East (Kensington Expressway). Merge onto the I-90 East to the I-290 West (toward Niagara Falls) and proceed until Exit 5B (Millersport Highway, Route 263). Get off exit and merge into traffic. Go through first light (Marriott is on your left) and merge into right lane. Enter campus at the Flint Road exit. The total distance is approximately 12 miles.

Downtown Campus to South Campus

Take Ellicott Street north. Turn left on North Street and then right onto Main Street. Take Main Street northwards away from downtown Buffalo for approximately five miles. Turn right on Winspear Avenue. At first light turn left into UB and onto Winridge Road. Park in parking lot immediately to your left (Parker Lot). The Pharmacy Building is directly ahead (blue glass exterior wall building).
