What do I need to possess to participate?

The Office of Continuing Pharmacy Education is pleased to provide educational activities as webinars. Currently the WebEx Event Center is being utilized as the delivery system which broadcasts CE activities.  Please be sure to review the WebEx required operating systems and browsers.

Your computer must have an internet connection (not dial-up), external speakers or a headset. Certain smart devices in most cases may support the WebEx broadcast, but it is best to visit www.webex.com to verify compatibility with the device you are using.

How do I receive my instructions?

When you register for a webinar on the CE website, your webinar instructions will now be contained on your registration confirmation page.  Please print or save the instructions for your convenience. Approximately two business days prior to the webinar, you will be emailed a reminder of your webinar meeting instructions. To ensure that you receive this information, please log into your CE account and verify that your email address is up-to-date.

How should I sign in to the webinar?

You can follow the URL listed on your WebEx invitation. 

  • Enter the event number
  • Enter the event password
  • Be sure to enter your first and last name to ensure your attendance is noted
  • Enter your email address
  • Be sure your speakers/headset are not muted

If you cannot locate your WebEx invitation you can return to your CE registration confirmation page by following the steps below:

  • Go to the CE registration page at www.pharm.buffalo.edu/ce and log in
  • Select “Your Orders” at the top of the page
  • Select the program date and “View”
  • Select the link to join the webinar

How do I receive my program materials?

Two business days prior to the educational activity you will receive via email the educational handout and all associated materials and instructions.

How do I receive my evaluation?

At the conclusion of the program you will receive a link to the program evaluation. Evaluation is a required component of the educational activity, please take a moment to complete this, your feedback is appreciated.
