To apply to our residency training program, you must possess a PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and must be eligible for licensure in New York State.
Please note that all PGY2 applicants must complete an ASHP-accredited or candidate-status PGY1 residency training program.
Application deadline is January 5th of each year.
*Note: If your residency program administers pay and benefits directly through your practice site, UPRS, Inc. information does not apply to you. Your program director will provide you with the appropriate documents for review.
