Richard Moore, '19, has been selected as a 2017 Feldman Scholar and ranked as a Top Five Student Ambassador by the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP).

The Arnold S. Feldman Memorial Senior Care Pharmacy Scholarship Program allows interested students to learn about consultant pharmacy and network with leaders in the field. As a Feldman Scholar, Moore will also receive complimentary registration to the 2017 ASCP Annual Meeting in Miami.

The ASCP Student Ambassador Program is designed to engage pharmacy students interested in senior care with opportunities to learn about program development and gain a better understanding of the current issues in aging. As an ASCP Student Ambassador, Moore will also be tasked with monitoring CE sessions and assisting staff at the annual meeting.

The American Society of Consultant Pharmacists is the only international professional society devoted to optimal medication management and improved health outcomes for all older persons. ASCP represents over 9,000 pharmacy professionals, including students, serving the unique medication needs of the senior population.
