The Division of Pharmacokinetics-Pharmacodynamics and Systems Pharmacology focuses on the time-course and relationships between drug disposition and pharmacological effects using theoretical and applied pharmacometric modeling to guide drug development, translate nonclinical data to humans, explain sources of inter-patient variability, and optimize dosing regimens in subpopulations and individual patients.
