We invite alumni and friends to a reception during the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) Annual Meeting.
Connect with old friends and your former faculty during our annual Alumni Celebration Weekend held every fall.
Each December, we invite alumni and friends to a reception during the American Society of Health‑System Pharmacists (ASHP) Mid-Year Meeting.
The symposium, held every four years, gives us the opportunity to invite our alumni back to the school to reconnect and to learn about their current research.
Join international pharmaceutics experts every May in Niagara Falls, NY, where faculty from the University at Buffalo Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences department hosts its popular pharmacometrics workshop series.
Faculty, post-doctoral fellows and graduate students from the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences present the results of ten research projects that were funded by the CPT during the past year. 
This University-wide tradition celebrates the accomplishments of our graduating class.
C. K. David Chu, PhD, and his wife, Jane Chu, established the David Chu Lectureship at UB in 2011. 
Every May, the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Alumni Association proudly hosts a cocktail reception honoring the graduating PharmD Class.

The Pharmacy Professional Practice Review Series provides a comprehensive review for graduating pharmacy students and pharmacists in preparation for the New York State Board of Pharmacy Examination.
This annual dance and charity gala is organized by the P2 Class early in the spring semester. The purpose of the event is to socialize with other students, faculty, and staff and to raise money for a select charity as voted by the P2 class. 
PharmD and Pharmaceutical Sciences graduate students are required to attend orientation. Students learn about program requirements and expectations, services and resources, and begin to bond with their peers, school and university community.   
Our Summer Institute provides information about career opportunities in the profession of pharmacy and exposure to the fields of pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical sciences to motivated prospective and high school students.
The Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Symposium (QSP), launched in 2017, brings together QSP scientists to discuss contemporary approaches, including the challenges and opportunities for advancing the science and practice of QSP. 
Every April, we proudly recognize outstanding faculty, staff, students, and alumni who, over the past year, have contributed significantly to the school's mission, the profession of pharmacy and scholarly achievements.
The annual White Coat Ceremony symbolizes passage into the initial stages of the profession of pharmacy practice and represents a contract for excellence in providing compassionate patient care.
