We welcome alumni back during reunion weekend and offer assistance to any individual classes getting reunion celebrations underway.

Our Annual Golf Tournament, launched in 2005, provides financial awards for outstanding student leaders.


Each December, we invite alumni and friends to a reception during the American Society of Health‑System Pharmacists (ASHP) Mid-Year Meeting.


The symposium, held every four years, gives us the opportunity to invite our alumni back to the school to reconnect and to learn about their current research.

Join international pharmaceutics experts every May in Niagara Falls, NY, where faculty from the University at Buffalo pharmaceutical sciences department will host its popular pharmacometrics workshop series.
This University-wide tradition celebrates the accomplishments of our graduating class.
The David Chu Lectureship was established at UB in 2011 through the generosity of David and Jane Chu.
Every May, the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Alumni Association proudly hosts a cocktail reception honoring the graduating PharmD Class. We welcome graduating students and their guests to join faculty and staff for a final evening of celebration before commencement.
The Gerhard Levy Distinguished Lectureship in Pharmaceutical Sciences  is named in honor of UB Emeritus Distinguished Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Gerhard Levy, a pioneer and leading contributor in the areas of Pharmacokinetics and Clinical Pharmacokinetics, and considered the originator of the Biopharmaceutics field and the “Father” of Pharmacodynamics.
The Pharmacy Professional Practice Review Series provides a comprehensive review for graduating pharmacy students and pharmacists in preparation for the New York State Board of Pharmacy Examination. The program consists of lecture and laboratory components. Areas covered include compounding prescriptions, sterile products, preparation for the Part III written examination, and pharmacy law.
This annual dance and charity gala is organized by the P2 Class early in the spring semester. The purpose of the event is to socialize with other students, faculty, and staff and to raise money for a select charity as voted by the P2 class. 

Our Summer Camp provides information about the challenging career pathway opportunities in the profession of pharmacy and exposure to the fields of pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical sciences to interested and motivated high school students.

Every year, the UB School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences holds an awards ceremony to honor outstanding preceptors.

Every April, we proudly recognize outstanding faculty, staff, students, and alumni who, over the past year, have contributed significantly to the school's mission, the profession of pharmacy and scholarly achievements.

The annual White Coat Ceremony symbolizes passage into the initial stages of the profession of pharmacy practice and represents a contract for excellence in providing compassionate patient care.
