The UB student chapter of the International Pharmaceutical Student Federation (IPSF) and the American Pharmacist Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) hosted Cultural Night, an annual fundraising event for both organizations.
Forty-five students attended the event. A potluck dinner featured cuisine from a variety of countries, including spaetzle (Germany), kimbap (South Korea), samosas (India), lumpia (Philippines), plazek (Poland) and palaw (Afghanistan).
Donations received at the event will be used to purchase medications and supplies for students going on medical mission trips in January 2020.
