Requirements for Reporting COVID-19 Positive Result

SPPS Students must be aware of and follow all UB COVID-19 Student Guidelines and Updates. If a SPPS student tests positive for COVID-19, in addition to following UB’s guidelines for quarantine/isolation and submitting a required COVID-19 reporting form, they must also notify the following SPPS faculty members:
