LKS and SSHP host annual Valentine's Day card event for children

SPPS students took time out of their busy schedules to brighten the day of hospitalized children.

SPPS organizations Lambda Kappa Sigma (LKS) and the Student Society of Health-systems Pharmacists (SSHP) hosted their annual Valentine's Day card event at the Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo (WCHOB).

Students spent a week in early February making over 50 cards to deliver to children admitted to the hospital.

WCHOB child life coordinator Tara Young assisted the students in delivery of the cards.
