Maria Mintskovsky, '18, has been accepted into the Veteran's Administration Learning Opportunities Residency (VALOR) Program at the Syracuse VA Medical Center.

The VALOR Program is designed to attract academically successful students of Doctor of Pharmacy programs to work at VA as registered pharmacists. The program gives outstanding students the opportunity to develop competencies in clinical pharmacy at an approved VA healthcare facility. Opportunities for learning include didactic or classroom experiences, competency-based clinical practice with a qualified pharmacy preceptor, and participation in pharmacy-focused clinical conferences.
