Justin Bui, '19, has been elected National Public Relations Liaison for the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA).

As National Public Relations Liaison, Bui will be handling content on SNPhA's official website and social media platforms. He will also be in charge of the creation and distribution of Signatura, SNPhA's newsletter.

Bui is also president of UB's SNPhA chapter. "[Our chapter] was able to accomplish so much this past year. I owe them graciously for all of the hard work they put in for the school," Bui said.

SNPhA is an educational service association of pharmacy students who are concerned about pharmacy and healthcare related issues, and the poor minority representation in pharmacy and other health-related professions.

The purpose of SNPhA is to plan, organize, coordinate and execute programs geared toward the improvement for the health, educational, and social environment of the community.

For over 130 years, the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences has continually been a leader in the education of pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists, renowned for innovation in clinical practice and research. The school is accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) and ranked as one of the top 25 schools of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences in the United States.
