Championing these efforts was Karl Fiebelkorn, senior associate dean, student, professional and community affairs, who organized and hosted the 20 flu shot clinics in partnership with UB Student Health Services, Tops Markets, J. Rutowski Pharmacies and Middleport Family Health.

Pharmacy students vaccinated more than 2,000 UB faculty, staff and students across the university's three campuses.

Special thanks to these student organizations for their leadership and support:

  • American Pharmaceutical Association Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP), Operation Immunization
  • Lambda Kappa Sigma
  • Student Pharmacists Association of Western New York
