About Student, Professional and Community Affairs

In particular the Senior Associate Dean for Student, Professional and Community Affairs oversees the following:

  • Student Academic Affairs Committee
  • School of Pharmacy Scholarship Committee
  • School of Pharmacy Awards Committee
  • State Board Exams, Intern Permits, and Licensing
  • Adviser to the NCPA Pruitt Schutte Good Neighbor Business Plan Team
  • Adviser to the Henry Panasci Technology team

The office also coordinated and oversees a number of student programs.

Professional Relations duties include advocacy and interaction with local, regional and state wide professional organizations.  The office oversees professional student advisement, career advisement, and the structure, advisement and governance of the School of Pharmacy Student Association (SPSA).
