Student, Professional and Community Affairs

The Office of Student, Professional and Community Affairs oversees all aspects of PharmD student activities including academic and personal support, leadership and professional development, career planning, and support for student professional and fraternal organizations.

The office also actively supports interaction and advocacy with local, regional and national professional organizations, prospective employers, as well as various government agencies to help affect positive change within the profession of pharmacy.

The Senior Associate Dean for Student, Professional and Community Affairs oversees the following:

  • Student Academic Affairs Committee
  • School of Pharmacy Scholarship Committee
  • School of Pharmacy Awards Committee
  • State Board Exams, Intern Permits, and Licensing
  • Advisor to the NCPA Pruitt Schutte Good Neighbor Business Plan Team
