University at Buffalo: Middle States Commisison on Higher Education

The State University of New York at Buffalo (UB)  is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE). UB has maintained continuous accreditation by the MSCHE since 1921. The UB School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences degree programs fall within this university accreditation.

PharmD Program: Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education

The University at Buffalo’s Doctor of Pharmacy program has been given the status of Accredited with Probation by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, 190 South LaSalle Street, Suite 2850, Chicago, IL 60603, 312/664- 3575; FAX, 866/228-2631, web site, for non-compliant issues with the following standards: Standard No. 12: Pre-Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (Pre-APPE) Curriculum and Standard No. 13: Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE) Curriculum. The current accreditation period is through June 30, 2022.
