How to Apply for Residency

To apply to our residency training program, you must possess a PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and must be eligible for licensure in New York State.

PGY2 applicants must complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency training program.

In addition to the NAPLEX and MPJE, New York State has a two‐day written and practical component to the licensure examination. A waiver for this component may be obtained if candidates meet qualifications. More information on licensure can be found in the PGY1 and PGY2 Residency Program Handbooks.

Academic year 2021-2022 application deadline has passed.
