Information for Prospective Residents

To apply to our residency training program, you must possess a PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and must be eligible for licensure in New York State. 

PGY2 applicants must complete an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency training program.

Applications are closed for 2022-23 residencies.

Required Application Materials

PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service) is a web-based tool that brings residency application material together in one location. For your PhORCAS application, you will need to provide the following:

  • Transcripts
  • Letters of Intent
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Three Recommendations

Please note: When applying to Buffalo Medical Group, General Physician PC, and Middleport Family Health Programs, immunization training and certification is also required.
