Research interest focuses on the effects of acute and chronic diseases on the PK/PD of antibiotics and cardiovascular agents. These studies are primarily conducted in phase II-IV clinical trials of antibiotics and other therapeutic categories. Dr Schentag‘s research organization is dedicated to the conduct of Adaptive Clinical Trials incorporating PK/PD methodology into drug development.
