DR. JAVIER BLANCO is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UB. He received a Professional Degree in Clinical Chemistry and a PhD in Chemical Sciences from the National University of Cordoba (Argentina). He completed 1 year of Professional practice at the Province of Cordoba Central Children's Hospital (Argentina). He was a postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Memphis, TN). His research interests involve the pharmacodynamics and pharmacogenetics of anticancer therapies with a focus on hematological malignancies.
