DR. JOSEPH P. BALTHASAR is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UB. Dr. Balthasar is the Director of the Center for Protein Therapeutics at UB. He received a B.S. degree in Pharmacy (1991) and a Ph.D in Pharmaceutics (1996) from the State University of New York at Buffalo. His research focuses on the application of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses to design new treatments for ovarian cancer and for autoimmune diseases.
