Combined Degrees
About the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Combined Degree Programs
UB’s School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is excited to offer unique combined degree programs to help our students gain personal and professional benefits. These programs allow students to complete two degrees in a shorter time than if the two degrees were obtained separately. Prospective candidates must submit separate applications and be admitted according to the procedures and standards of the individual schools. Click on the Combined Degree Overview flyer or click on each program below for curriculum information, admissions requirements, and selection information:
- PharmD/JD: Review the admissions requirements on the Law School Admissions website. The application deadline to the Law School is March 1st of the first professional (P1) year, however applications will be considered after the priority deadline. A Baccalaureate degree is required.
- PharmD/MBA: Applications and instructions to the MBA program can be found on the MBA Admissions website. Applications must be submitted by March 11th (for international applicants) or by May 20th (for domestic applicants) of the first professional (P1) year.
- PharmD/MPH: Applications and instructions to the MPH program can be found on the MPH Admissions website. Applications must be submitted by January 15th prior to the third professional (P3) year. PharmD students must select the Clinical Research Track during their second professional (P2) year within the PharmD curriculum. A Baccalaureate degree is required.
- PharmD/PhD: Information for this program will be available soon.
- PharmD/MS: This program is only for students who are currently enrolled int he PharmD program at UB. Application and instructions can be found on the Graduate School Admissions website. Choose the PharmD/MS option in the Gradmit pulldown menu. Apply by February 15th of the second professional (P2) year (late applications may be accepted). PharmD students must select the Pharmaceutical Sciences Research Track during their P2 year within the PharmD curriculum.
