Zakiya Rhodie.

Zakiya is a PharmD/MPH in Health Service Administration student. Prior to enrolling into the pharmacy school via PharmCAS, Zakiya obtained a BS in Pharmacology and Toxicology and minored in General Chemistry.

She is the president of the International Pharmaceutical Student Federation and secretary of the Christian Pharmacist Fellowship International. As the refugee education workshop research assistant, she organizes health literacy workshops. She has provided pharmacy services to individuals in underserved communities domestically in Wise County, VA, at the largest free health clinic known as Remote Area Medical and, internationally with Serving in God’s Name (SIGN Inc.) in Haiti.
