Vial of Life, is a cornerstone of our community education outreach. All first, second and third year PharmD students participate and promote project awareness and patient participation through required wellness clinics.
Vial of Life (Life Saving Information for Emergencies) allows first responders to assess the medication needs of patients in an emergency situation via Vial of Life forms and patient information materials easily found and recognized in the patient's home. This nationally recognized program provides life saving outreach when a patient may be unable to speak for themselves.
