Experiential Education

Our curriculum allows students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom and in the laboratory to real-world settings.

With over 1000 preceptors across 700 training sites, we offer a diverse and progressive experiential training program, with the first three years preparing each student for their final fourth year of full-time, advanced pharmacy practice experiences. The program includes both Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPEs) and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs) for PharmD students.

Training opportunities are expansive and span a variety of clinical, community, regulatory and research options locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
